Ha Noi, 10 February 2011 – UN Resident Coordinator John Hendra recently shared his views with Vietnam Investment Review and Viet Nam Net online newspaper regarding economic, social and political issues affecting the country in 2011.
In a question and answer with Viet Nam Net, Mr. Hendra gave his perspective on Viet Nam becoming a middle-income country and beginning implementation of the country's new Socio-Economic Development Plan for 2011-2015. He also addressed the upcoming National Party Congress and Elections of the National Assembly and People’s Councils, and lessons Viet Nam could learn from it's neighbour China.
